You may use ghostbuster.dev for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes. Please don't abuse it: no attempts to break, overload, or disrupt the service, and no automated bulk scraping of the site. If you'd like the restaurant data at scale, see the restaurant data section below.
Our content and artwork
The site's design, code, wordmark, and original pixel artwork are owned by Cirrus Loft, LLC. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Restaurant and company names and logos belong to their respective owners; see our Disclaimer.
The restaurant dataset
You're welcome to reference individual facts from the site with attribution and a link. Bulk use, redistribution, or commercial licensing of the restaurant dataset requires a separate agreement; get in touch and we'll sort out terms.
Accuracy and no warranty
The site and its restaurant data are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the information accurate but can't guarantee it's complete, current, or error-free. See the Disclaimer for the full picture.
Third-party services and links
Merch is sold through Fourthwall and donations run through Ko-fi; those transactions are governed by their terms and policies, not ours. We link to outside sites (like source articles) for convenience and aren't responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cirrus Loft, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
